Siberian trees - full of precious metals!!!
Scientists from Alan-Ude, Irkutsk and Novosibirsk have found that evergreen trees growing above Iron Ore Deposits in Siberia are drawing up dissolved metals from the soil.  Once the tree has died and rotted the metal deposits are deposited on to the forest floor.  One ton of rotting wood residue is potentially able to produce five grams of platinum, 200 milligrams of gold and three kilograms of silver....Not bad eh!

MOST OF US WILL NEVER BE RICH BUT HERE IS ONE WAY YOU CAN SAVE YOURSELF LOADS OF MONEY

Really Interesting Stuff

Did our Ancestors Make Superglue?

Probably : YES

At Rhineland Museum in Germany, a chief restorer set about researching a Roman Official's, parade helmet.
As he carefully sawed through the decorative silver laurel leaves attached to the helmet, the heat from the fine saw caused the laurel leaves to peel off.  Underneath was found thread like traces of glue.  Analysis revealed the tenacious adhesive was made from Bitumin and Beef Fat.  The helmet had lain on the bed of the Rhine River for at least 1,500 years.
